Julie Wright
|
Julie has been helping clients buy and sell land in the Triangle area for over 40 years. She got her start helping farmers subdivide small parcels in what was rural Wake County and is now known as "North Raleigh." Her areas of expertise include Wake, Durham, Granville, Franklin, Vance, Harnett, Nash, and Chatham counties.
Julie is a farm girl from southeastern Minnesota, but has called Raleigh home for more than 40 years. She hates cold weather and never visits Minnesota in the winter! She is an active member of Rotary International and has helped them with several projects in Nicaragua, including construction of libraries and schools. When not at work, Julie values her time spent with her 7 grandchildren. A very versatile grandmother, Julie also specializes in wrestling, running, softball and basketball, tennis, ice skating, rock skipping, and frog catching! Having been referred to as "Mother Nature", "The Green Queen", "Land Momma", and so on...rumor has that Julie has sold several times the water front property where God parted the Red Sea for Moses and the Isrealites to cross! All kidding aside, Julie is particularly focused on helping clients find the right piece of land or the right use for their land. The details in assisting clients from soil and topography challenges, to access and zoning details, to tax and estate issues, Julie's expertise is critical when looking at all options. Alex Bailey

Alex Bailey was born and raised in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Accounting and Supply Chain. Right out of college Alex pursued a career in Accounting as a Staff Accountant for a rural telecommunications company based out of Brunswick County, North Carolina. After two years, Alex was promoted to procurement and operations. This career shift exposed him to the development of rural communities which is how he obtained a true passion for real estate and residential development. Engaging in a career of real estate and land development makes Alex the first in the Family's third generation to do so. Alex has an extensive history of meeting strict deadlines, increasing productivity and efficiency, promoting cost savings, and maintaining exceptional client/vendor relationships. Enthusiastic and genuinely dedicated team player with outstanding organizational, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.

Greg Dyer

Greg Dyer is from Upstate New York where he was raised on a Dairy farm and learned that hard work and dedication are important to success. He used this work ethic and joined the US Air Force where he became a Staff Sergeant and Security Forces instructor and was stationed in Alaska and Arkansas. After service, he became a bodyguard for the famous Rockefeller family where he provided security on premise and for business and social engagements. In 1990, Dyer utilized his passion and expertise in woodworking and established Dyer Construction Company where he focused on new building, remodeling, custom cabinets and mill work for commercial and residential clients. His move to North Carolina in 2011, lead him to become a Realtor and join the Coldwell Banker HPW Falls office. He worked with the #1 Team in North America. There he polished his skills in the resale and New Construction Market for both Buyers and Sellers. Now working with the Julie Wright Realty Group and Land Company.

Deron Brodbeck

Deron Brodbeck has been living in the Triangle area for over 15 years and working in residential and land sales since 2012. He studied Business Management at Indiana University of PA (1998) and moved south permanently not long after. Through high school and college, he worked on a farm stacking hay and upon moving to North Carolina, he was a production manager for a large landscaping company. "The lessons I learned working hard as a young man helped mold me into a better person and professional today." When not working, you'll find him spending quality time with friends, his wife and 3 young sons. They love hunting and camping. He knows how to grow vegetables and conserve venison. Working with Buyers and Sellers, he sticks with the old philosophy; hard work pays off and people who trust you come back to you. When you're committed and available for your client, sometimes before or long after a business transaction, you earn their respect and business for life.

Don Wright

Don joins us after a 45 year career in the electric utility industry. During that time he designed and built generating stations, high voltage substations transmission lines and distribution lines. In 1998 one of the electric cooperatives asked him to find a location for a transmission line and purchase the right-of-way for it; that is when he discovered he needed his North Carolina real estate brokers license. After having received his professional engineering licenses in several states, Don went back to school and earned his North Carolina Real Estate brokers license. Off and running with a new career, Don soaked in everything Julie Wright can teach and is now mentoring other agents in the company. He is particularly efficient handling properties where there are technical questions utilizing his engineering background ; for example lands solar farms are being considered.
Robert Powell is your North Carolina real estate agent, who would be pleased to show you properties in the thriving, growing communities in and north of the Triangle. Robert has been in the real estate and mortgage profession for two decades both as a Managing Partner at Southern States Mortgage and as an agent with the Julie Wright Realty Group. His experience in finance and real estate has been most beneficial when structuring an offer for a purchase or pricing for a sale. Robert has given back to the community and church in many different capacities. He has served as Oxford’s City Council member, Chair of Global Mission Committee for The Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina, Director of the Kiwanis Club, and Vice Consul for the República de Costa Rica, where he had a business. He also helped organize building teams to Costa Rica, Panama and Nicaragua where they build classrooms, medical building, and kitchens for schools and communities through the Rotary and Episcopal Church. He is currently on the Advisory Committee for the Boys and Girls Club of North Central North Carolina, which supports children in Granville, Vance, Franklin, Warren, and Halifax counties. |
