Julie Wright

Julie has been helping clients buy and sell land in the Triangle area for over 40 years. She got her start helping farmers subdivide small parcels in what was rural Wake County and is now known as "North Raleigh." Her areas of expertise include Wake, Durham, Granville, Franklin, Vance, Harnett, Nash, and Chatham counties.
Julie is a farm girl from southeastern Minnesota, but has called Raleigh home for more than 40 years. She hates cold weather and never visits Minnesota in the winter! She is an active member of Rotary International and has helped them with several projects in Nicaragua, including construction of libraries and schools. When not at work, Julie values her time spent with her 7 grandchildren. A very versatile grandmother, Julie also specializes in wrestling, running, softball and basketball, tennis, ice skating, rock skipping, and frog catching! Having been referred to as "Mother Nature", "The Green Queen", "Land Momma", and so on...rumor has that Julie has sold several times the water front property where God parted the Red Sea for Moses and the Isrealites to cross! All kidding aside, Julie is particularly focused on helping clients find the right piece of land or the right use for their land. The details in assisting clients from soil and topography challenges, to access and zoning details, to tax and estate issues, Julie's expertise is critical when looking at all options. Alex Bailey is a dynamic real estate developer with a passion for transforming communities through thoughtful residential and commercial development. Born and raised in Wake Forest, North Carolina, Alex graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Accounting and Supply Chain. After gaining early experience as a Staff Accountant and later transitioning into procurement and operations, Alex discovered his true calling in real estate and land development. With an extensive background in meeting strict deadlines, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering strong client and vendor relationships, Alex has successfully partnered with local builders to develop residential subdivisions and commercial properties. Greg Dyer

Greg Dyer is from Upstate New York where he was raised on a Dairy farm and learned that hard work and dedication are important to success. He used this work ethic and joined the US Air Force where he became a Staff Sergeant and Security Forces instructor and was stationed in Alaska and Arkansas. After service, he became a bodyguard for the famous Rockefeller family where he provided security on premise and for business and social engagements. In 1990, Dyer utilized his passion and expertise in woodworking and established Dyer Construction Company where he focused on new building, remodeling, custom cabinets and mill work for commercial and residential clients. His move to North Carolina in 2011, lead him to become a Realtor and join the Coldwell Banker HPW Falls office. He worked with the #1 Team in North America. There he polished his skills in the resale and New Construction Market for both Buyers and Sellers. Now working with the Julie Wright Realty Group and Land Company.
